PAYMENT METHOD
FouFou Dog only accepts VISA and MASTERCARD credit card payments at this time.
Your credit card will be charged once your order is processed to ship.
CURRENCY
The total amount stated when checking out will be the amount charged to your credit card.
Orders within Canada will be charged in CDN.
All international orders and those from the United States will be charged in USD.
CANADA AND USA SHIPPING & HANDLING TERMS
***Free Shipping on all orders with a subtotal of $75 or more (excluding promotions/discounts & applicable taxes) within Canada and USA***
For purchases $75 or more (before applicable taxes), the shipping fee will be manually deducted and reflected on the final invoice.
Standard orders are processed upon credit card authorization and verification.
All deliveries within Canada and the United States are shipped using FED EX Ground with a tracking number or Canada Post, starting at a flat fee of $9.00. Additional charges may apply.
International (including USA) customers are responsible for any customs charges, which are assessed by each individual country.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & HANDLING TERMS
Shipping quotes will be provided by a customer service representative from FouFou Dog for all International Orders, outside of Canada and the United States, via email within 48 hours receipt of the order.
International customers are responsible for any customs charges, which are assessed by each individual country.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return it by mail within 7 days from the date received for an exchange or a refund. Upon all exchanges and returns, there will be a restocking fee of 15%. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded*. FouFou Dog is unable to refund any taxes and duties levied by customs for international orders.
Merchandise must be in a new condition with tags attached and accompanied by the original packing slip/invoice. Refunds will be made in the original form of payment. FouFou Dog is not responsible for any additional fees associated with your credit card carrier.
Exchanges/Refunds may be made only after the customer receives an exchange authorization number from FouFou Dog’s customer service department.
Exchanges/Refunds attempted without an exchange authorization number will not be valid. Packages received without a proper authorization number will be disposed of at FouFou Dog's discretion.
Please write the authorization number clearly on the return package to help facilitate your return and exchange.
EXCHANGE/REFUND PROCEDURE
To request an authorization number, send an email to returns@foufoudog.com or call FouFou Dog directly at (289) 597-3681. The order confirmation number and the reason for the exchange must be quoted in the email.
Customer is solely responsible for any and all shipping & handling charges associated with the exchange or returns. FouFou Dog is not responsible for any returned packages lost in transit.
Exchanges/Refunds are NOT PERMITTED on discounted merchandise, worn merchandise, and custom or personalized orders.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
FouFou Dog has a manufacture's warranty of 30 days from the date you receive your package. If your product is defective due to a manufacturer's defect, the product will be replaced at no additional charge. Contact FouFou Dog within 30 days of receiving the defective goods. If this item is no longer in stock, we will replace the defective merchandise with a product of equal value. All charges for shipping and handling of the replacement item will be absorbed by FouFou Dog.
For replacement of defective items, please email a clear image of the defective item along with the order confirmation number to returns@foufoudog.com.
DO NOT RETURN THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT TO FOUFOU DOG.
INVENTORY UPDATES
FouFou Dog makes every attempt to keep an accurate inventory count throughout this website. However, there is no guarantee that a product is in-stock and ready to ship. In the event that the product is backordered, a notification email will be sent to alert the customer of any delays in shipping and the product will be shipped as soon as it becomes available.
